Last day to make reservations at the group rates is October 5, based on the availability of rooms. Cancellation and modification requests should be made to AC Central until Oct 5, requests after that should be addressed directly to your assigned hotel. Cancellations must be concluded at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date. If not, there will be a charge for the 1st night of your scheduled stay.
